In each one of the cases mentioned guests are required to
provide documents that prove their reasons are legitimate
(certificate with the test result issued by their Embassy,
statement that announces flight cancellation and tickets
attached, etc.).
The service covers only the cancellation of the entire holiday,
until 18:00 on the fifth day from arrival, and is not
applicable to late arrivals or early departures. The Holiday’s
Safe fee is non-refundable, but the full amount deposited will
be refunded.
The Holiday Safe service can be activated only at the time of booking, not after, and does not apply to bookings that have not been submitted on our official website. Holiday Safe is not valid for bookings that already include other benefits such as vouchers, holiday bonuses etc.
