The Andromeda Apartment is the ideal choice for those looking for a holiday apartment in Livigno in a quiet area yet close to the town center. Located on the first floor of a traditional mountain house, it offers bright and welcoming spaces perfect for families and groups of friends.

The location is strategic: just a few steps away are the cycling and walking trail and the cross-country ski track, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. The bus stop nearby provides easy access to the Livigno town center, as well as to shops, restaurants, and ski lifts. Guests can enjoy two parking spaces—one indoor and one outdoor—as well as a ski storage room with heated lockers.

Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Please contact the booking office in case of late arrivals.

Check-out: by 10:00 AM on the departure day.

A €200.00 security deposit (for each apartment booked) is required. It will be refunded at check-out after verifying the accommodation’s condition, as per the regulations.

Tourist Tax:
The tourist tax must be paid in cash only; no other payment methods are accepted.
This is because the amount is collected on behalf of the Municipality and managed separately.

Final cleaning included. Guests must leave the accommodation in decent condition. Specifically:

The kitchen and cooking area must be clean and tidy.
Garbage must be disposed of in the designated municipal recycling areas before departure.

Description

The Andromeda Apartment is located on the first floor of a typical mountain house, in the Pemont area, one of the most peaceful and picturesque parts of Livigno.

The apartment is spread over two levels.

On the first level, with tiled flooring, there is a spacious kitchen with dining area, furnished with a wooden table and bench seating, perfect for convivial moments. A cozy separate living room features a sofa, pellet stove, and a balcony overlooking the surrounding natural landscape. On the same floor, you’ll also find a bathroom with shower, complete with washing machine, sink, toilet, bidet, and window, as well as a double bedroom with window and wardrobes.

A wooden staircase leads to the attic floor, characterized by exposed beams and parquet flooring, which create a typically Alpine atmosphere. Here, there is a bedroom with 2 single beds, skylight, and wardrobes, and a second bedroom with two single beds that can be joined, featuring a balcony, Smart TV, and wardrobes. Completing this floor is a bathroom with bathtub, sink, toilet, and a charming window looking out onto the sky.

Guests have at their disposal two parking spaces, one indoors in the garage and one outdoors, as well as a convenient ski storage room with heated lockers, ideal for those who love winter holidays on the snow.
