Description of the structure
Just a few minutes’ walk from the centre of Livigno, in the quiet, sunny area of Pemont. The house contains two characteristic apartments Krapena and Balkon.
Just outside is a bus stop for the free service that will allow you to discover Livigno in all its beauty.
Just a short distance from the building are supermarkets and stores of all kinds.
The perfect solution for those who love nature, snow, and walking, whether in winter or summer: the main ski lifts are just a few minutes away. Valandrea and Ski area Mottolino; the cross country skiing track, the cycle path with fully equipped rest areas and many other services.
Every apartment has a reserved outdoor parking space. Pets are welcome (with additional charge).

Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Please contact the booking office in case of late arrivals.
Check-out: by 10:00 AM on the departure day.
A €200.00 security deposit (for each apartment booked) is required. It will be refunded at check-out after verifying the accommodation’s condition, as per the regulations.
Tourist Tax:
The tourist tax must be paid in cash only; no other payment methods are accepted.
This is because the amount is collected on behalf of the Municipality and managed separately.
Included Amenities & Services (Initial Supply)
Bed linen and towels provided based on the number of booked guests.
Welcome Kit for each bathroom: 2 toilet paper rolls, 35ml bottles of shower gel, shampoo, body lotion and solid soap.
For the kitchen: 1 dishwasher tablet, 50ml dish detergent, a dual-sided sponge and a compostable dish cloth.
Final cleaning included. Guests must leave the accommodation in decent condition. Specifically:

The two-room apartment, furnished in traditional alpine style, is located on the second floor of the Bait Da Sandro and is set out over two levels, connected by a small wooden stairway (adult supervision required for small children).
Designed to accommodate four guests, this apartment is perfect for a couple or group of friends.
The first floor has a comfortable, light and airy living area with splendid, fully equipped kitchen, table with corner bench seating, comfy sofa and TV, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with tub and overbath shower, bidet, WC, washing machine, hair dryer and heated towel rail.
On the upper floor, the attic room has a double bed, which can be divided if required.
As well as ski storage, the apartment also offers a reserved outdoor parking space.

Perfect for accommodating 4 guests. An extrabed gives the option to add a fifth person, this apartment is ideal for a holiday with family or friends.
