Baita Sagittario is accommodation in Livigno, in the Teola district that has great exposure to sunlight and a breathtaking view over the whole Livigno valley.
For downhill ski lovers, the Baita is in an excellent spot as it is just 400 metres from the Teola ski lift facilities. This means that winter sports lovers can easily get to the slopes to enjoy their time on the snow-filled slopes of Mottolino, without having to travel far.
The apartment also provides a heated ski and boot store and an undercover parking space in the garage, a great advantage, especially during the winter when the temperatures can really bite and the weather can be unpredictable.
As well as the space in the garage, there is also outdoor public parking available.

Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Please contact the booking office in case of late arrivals.
Check-out: by 10:00 AM on the departure day.
Upon arrival, a €200.00 security deposit (for each apartment booked) is required. It will be refunded at check-out after verifying the accommodation’s condition, as per the regulations.

Welcome Kit for each bathroom: 2 toilet paper rolls, 35ml bottles of shower gel, shampoo, body lotion and solid soap.

The two-bedroom apartment, furnished in classic Alpine style, provides cosy, practical yet comfortable accommodation. They are the ideal solution for a peaceful holiday with family and friends, in the midst of nature.
The living area is practical and comfortable, with a kitchen area with wooden cupboards, lending a traditional touch. It is equipped with high-quality modern domestic appliances, making it easier to prepare meals; a table with a wooden bench, a comfortable sofa that can be turned into a double bed and a 32” smart TV. The apartment's balcony offers amazing views over Livigno. It is the perfect place to admire the view while sipping a hot drink or to simply relax and enjoy the beautiful mountain landscape. The bathroom has a large shower, bidet, WC, and hair dryer.
The apartment includes two comfortable bedrooms: one is a double with a fixed double bed and the other has bunk beds.
The entire apartment enjoys parquet flooring.
