Casa Benny features two spacious four-room apartments, located in the heart of Livigno yet nestled in a quiet area at the end of a side street off the pedestrian shopping zone. Its strategic location offers great convenience for accessing services and during the winter months, guests can return directly to the property with their skis on.

The property stands out for its comfort and accessibility, surrounded by restaurants, pizzerias and grocery stores just steps away. This prime location allows guests to fully immerse themselves in the local lifestyle and savor the culinary delights the area has to offer.

A bus stop, located 300 meters away, provides easy access to explore Livigno and its attractions. Guests also have access to a convenient ski storage area, perfect for stowing equipment after a day on the slopes. Additionally, each apartment includes two reserved outdoor parking spaces.

Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Please contact the booking office in case of late arrivals.

Check-out: by 10:00 AM on the departure day.

A €200.00 security deposit (for each apartment booked) is required. It will be refunded at check-out after verifying the accommodation’s condition, as per the regulations.

Tourist Tax:
The tourist tax must be paid in cash only; no other payment methods are accepted.
This is because the amount is collected on behalf of the Municipality and managed separately.

Bed linen and towels provided based on the number of booked guests.

Welcome Kit for each bathroom: 2 toilet paper rolls, 35ml bottles of shower gel, shampoo, body lotion and solid soap.

For the kitchen: 1 dishwasher tablet, 50ml dish detergent, a dual-sided sponge and a compostable dish cloth.

Final cleaning included. Guests must leave the accommodation in decent condition. Specifically:

The kitchen and cooking area must be clean and tidy.
Garbage must be disposed of in the designated municipal recycling areas before departure.

Description

The two apartments, very similar to each other, are located on the first and second floor of Casa Benny.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for meal preparation: dishwasher, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and coffee maker. A spacious dining table makes it easy to enjoy meals with family or friends and a TV adds an entertainment touch.

The carpeted living room features a comfortable sofa that easily converts into a double bed. Separated from the kitchen, it provides an extra layer of privacy, especially when used as a sleeping area. Designed for guest comfort, this space offers a distinct and peaceful retreat. The living room also includes a TV and access to a balcony, perfect for relaxing and enjoying panoramic views of the surroundings.

The apartment has three carpeted bedrooms, each with ample wardrobe space. Two bedrooms are doubles, with the option to separate the beds, and both have access to the balcony for breathtaking views. The third bedroom features a bunk bed, ideal for children or additional guests.

Each apartment features two bathrooms to ensure maximum comfort for guests. A service bathroom with a bidet and WC. A full bathroom with a bathtub, WC, washing machine, and hairdryer.

Additional Amenities:
The hallway connecting the rooms is equipped with practical storage cabinets, providing space for clothing and personal items, as well as a vacuum cleaner.

Guests have access to a ski storage room, as well as two reserved outdoor parking spaces for each apartment.
