Description of the structure
The Bike&Ski Centro apartments are very centrally located, overlooking Livigno's pedestrian thoroughfare.
The apartments, “Sot i Teit” and “Mansarda”, are comfortable, three-room apartments with plenty of space, located on the attic floor (3rd floor), with handy inside stair access.
The apartments are furnished in traditional Alpine style and offer all the comforts you need to enjoy your holiday. Both apartments can sleep up to 6 people.
An outdoor car parking space is available for the guests of each apartment.

Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Please contact the booking office in case of late arrivals.
Check-out: by 10:00 AM on the departure day.
A €200.00 security deposit (for each apartment booked) is required. It will be refunded at check-out after verifying the accommodation’s condition, as per the regulations.
Tourist Tax:
The tourist tax must be paid in cash only; no other payment methods are accepted.
This is because the amount is collected on behalf of the Municipality and managed separately.

Bed linen and towels provided based on the number of booked guests.
Welcome Kit for each bathroom: 2 toilet paper rolls, 35ml bottles of shower gel, shampoo, body lotion and solid soap.
For the kitchen: 1 dishwasher tablet, 50ml dish detergent, a dual-sided sponge and a compostable dish cloth.
Final cleaning included. Guests must leave the accommodation in decent condition. Specifically:
Central location at the start of the limited traffic area in Livigno. Being inside the pedestrian area, you will need a permit, which will be issued when you check in (the apartment manager's offices are a short distance from the building). Attic apartment of significant size, consisting of two bedrooms, open-plan living room and bathroom with shower. A clean, well-maintained apartment with fully equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, coffee machine, tableware, cookware, etc.), and general equipment (towels, bed linens, hair dryer, washing machine, TV, clothes airer). The balcony offers excellent views over the Mottolino area.

It consists of a large living area with fully equipped kitchenette, dormer window over the dining area, wooden dining table, double sofa bed, 32” TV and balcony with sand the surrounding mountains; two bedrooms with wooden flooring: one has a double bed (does not separate), wardrobe, desk, room safe and wooden balcony with views over Livigno; the other room has two single beds (which can be placed together, based on guests’ needs), with natural light from a window offering views of the sky.
The bathroom includes shower, bidet, toilet, washing machine, hair dryer and towel warmer.
