Description of the structure
The Bike&Ski Saroch apartments are located in the Saroch district, in a quiet and well-served area, just a short walk from coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets; and super close to the Skilift Doss 18, which connects to all the Carosello 3000 ski resorts. In winter, you can get back home with the skis on your feet!
The free bus service stop is 100 meters away - a convenient way to explore Livigno’s attractions.
Located on the second and third floor of the building, the 4 apartments (three with 2 rooms and one with 3 rooms) are the ideal location to relax and spend the perfect holiday in Livigno.
Each apartment has a private free outdoor parking space.

Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Please contact the booking office in case of late arrivals.
Check-out: by 10:00 AM on the departure day.
A €200.00 security deposit (for each apartment booked) is required. It will be refunded at check-out after verifying the accommodation’s condition, as per the regulations.
Tourist Tax:
The tourist tax must be paid in cash only; no other payment methods are accepted.
This is because the amount is collected on behalf of the Municipality and managed separately.

Bed linen and towels provided based on the number of booked guests.
Welcome Kit for each bathroom: 2 toilet paper rolls, 35ml bottles of shower gel, shampoo, body lotion and solid soap.
For the kitchen: 1 dishwasher tablet, 50ml dish detergent, a dual-sided sponge and a compostable dish cloth.
Final cleaning included. Guests must leave the accommodation in decent condition. Specifically:

The building houses two 2-room apartments on the third floor, in the attic, each one perfect for accommodating 2 guests. A sofa bed in the living room gives the option to add a third person. The wooden ceiling makes these apartments warm and rustic.

The apartments feature an open-floor living area with kitchen. Although without dishwasher, the kitchen is functional and well equipped to make delicious meals. A sofa bed, perfect to relax on, a TV set and a balcony to enjoy the mountains’ natural beauty and fresh air.
The bedroom features a lower ceiling and is equipped with a double bed, closet, safety box and a skylight, to enjoy the unique experience of admiring the stars at night, or the clouds passing by during the day. This room will help guest connect to nature, with its suggestive atmosphere.
The bathroom features a small tub, toilet, bidet and hair dryer.
