It enjoys a privileged position, 300 meters from ski resorts, which makes it perfect for winter sports lovers. Its position in a quiet area will ensure a calm and relaxing stay, perfect to unwind after a day outside, among Livigno’s natural beauty.
Shops and restaurants are conveniently nearby, and so is the free bus service stop - a convenient way to explore Livigno’s attractions - just 50 meters away.
As well as storage for skis/boots, the apartment also offers guests a reserved outdoor parking space.

Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Please contact the booking office in case of late arrivals.
Check-out: by 10:00 AM on the departure day.
A €200.00 security deposit (for each apartment booked) is required. It will be refunded at check-out after verifying the accommodation’s condition, as per the regulations.
Tourist Tax:
The tourist tax must be paid in cash only; no other payment methods are accepted.
This is because the amount is collected on behalf of the Municipality and managed separately.
Included Amenities & Services (Initial Supply)
Bed linen and towels provided based on the number of booked guests.
Welcome Kit for each bathroom: 2 toilet paper rolls, 35ml bottles of shower gel, shampoo, body lotion and solid soap.
For the kitchen: 1 dishwasher tablet, 50ml dish detergent, a dual-sided sponge and a compostable dish cloth.
Final cleaning included. Guests must leave the accommodation in decent condition. Specifically:

The house features two 2-room apartments located on the ground floor, and each one can house up to 4 people.
Each apartment is furnished in a simple way. Thanks to the large windows that let natural light get in during the day, the rooms are extra bright, and create a pleasant atmosphere.
It features a living room with kitchen, a day bed which can be transformed into two comfortable twin beds, and a 27” TV set.
The kitchen features a glass ceramic stove, microwave, fridge and electric kettle. Although it does not have a dishwasher, it includes everything you need to make a delicious meal.
The roomy and welcoming bedroom includes a double bed, which can be separated into two twin beds to adapt to the guests’ needs, and a large closet. The bedroom French window opens up onto a nice terrace, shared with the other apartment, with a pleasant view and access to a small outdoor space.
The bathroom has a shower, bidet, toilet, and hair dryer.

The house comprises two 2-room apartments on the first floor, which can be accessed through handy external flights of stairs, and each one can house up to 4 people.
Each apartment is furnished in a simple and functional way. The rooms are welcoming and bright, with well-arranged spaces with all the amenities for a nice stay.
The apartment entrance leads directly into the living room with kitchen, dining table and sofa bed, which can be easily transformed into a comfortable double bed, a TV set to wind down and a private balcony with amazing views.
The bedroom features a (non-detachable) double bed, TV set, large closets and balcony.
The bathroom features a shower, bidet, toilet, hair dryer and towel warmer.
