Casa Peri stands in an excellent position just a short distance from the Centre of Livigno and the ski slopes. Thanks to it being so close to the ski lift facilities, during the winter you can return to the building with your skis on, giving you convenient access to the slopes and making it so easy to return home after a day’s skiing.
The ideal place for anyone wanting comfortable accommodation that is also well equipped and convenient for their holiday in Livigno, whether a quick ski trip or a relaxing summer break in the mountains.
Casa Peri is split into two apartments: a one-bedroom and a three-bedroom, both ideal for great vacations. The difference in the size of the apartments provides a flexible choice for your stay depending on your needs. They suit both families and groups of friends.
There is also reserved outdoor parking for guests, and a storeroom for your skis and boots, meaning you can tidy away your sports equipment in a handy space.

Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Please contact the booking office in case of late arrivals.
Check-out: by 10:00 AM on the departure day.
A €200.00 security deposit (for each apartment booked) is required. It will be refunded at check-out after verifying the accommodation’s condition, as per the regulations.
Tourist Tax:
The tourist tax must be paid in cash only; no other payment methods are accepted.
This is because the amount is collected on behalf of the Municipality and managed separately.

Bed linen and towels provided based on the number of booked guests.
Welcome Kit for each bathroom: 2 toilet paper rolls, 35ml bottles of shower gel, shampoo, body lotion and solid soap.
For the kitchen: 1 dishwasher tablet, 50ml dish detergent, a dual-sided sponge and a compostable dish cloth.
Final cleaning included. Guests must leave the accommodation in decent condition. Specifically:

The one-bedroom apartment, located on the second floor in the attic, is a cozy accommodation that can comfortably host up to 4 guests.
It features underfloor heating and an exposed wooden ceiling, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The living area is spacious and well-organized, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay.
It includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table providing a convivial space to enjoy meals together, a double sofa bed, and a 32” Smart TV.
Large windows in the living area allow natural light to brighten the space and offer a breathtaking view of the Mottolino side.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (which can be separated upon request), a safe, a desk and a private balcony.
The bathroom includes a shower, bidet, toilet and hairdryer.
Guests can also enjoy a ski storage area and a free, reserved outdoor parking space.
The three-bedroom apartment, located on the ground floor with a private entrance, is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. It is ideal for large families or groups of friends looking to share an unforgettable experience in Livigno.
The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable sofa, and a 32” Smart TV.
The apartment features three well-organized bedrooms, all with laminate flooring and windows.
Two bedrooms have double beds, which can be separated upon request. One of these rooms is particularly privileged, as it includes a safe and a private bathroom with a shower, bidet, toilet and heated towel rail.
The third bedroom consists of two single beds.
A second bathroom includes a shower, bidet, toilet, heated towel rail and hairdryer.
Guests also have access to a ski storage area and two free, reserved outdoor parking spaces.
