Chalet Cirmolo is located in the Teola area, on the same slope and in the immediate vicinity of the ski lifts at Mottolino. The exceptional setting offers opportunities to appreciate the stunning panoramic views and at the same time, a short trip into the centre of Livigno.

The bus stop offering free, easy travel to the sights of Livigno is just 150 metres away.

Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Please contact the booking office in case of late arrivals.

Check-out: by 10:00 AM on the departure day.

A €200.00 security deposit (for each apartment booked) is required. It will be refunded at check-out after verifying the accommodation’s condition, as per the regulations.

Tourist Tax:
The tourist tax must be paid in cash only; no other payment methods are accepted.
This is because the amount is collected on behalf of the Municipality and managed separately.

Welcome Kit for each bathroom: 2 toilet paper rolls, 35ml bottles of shower gel, shampoo, body lotion and solid soap.

For the kitchen: 1 dishwasher tablet, 50ml dish detergent, a dual-sided sponge and a compostable dish cloth.

Final cleaning included. Guests must leave the accommodation in decent condition. Specifically:

The kitchen and cooking area must be clean and tidy.
Garbage must be disposed of in the designated municipal recycling areas before departure.

The Chalet is set out on two floors, connected by a modern staircase in wood: the ground floor consists of entrance, light and airy living area with 50” smart TV, sofa bed and direct access into a private garden, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with large, elegant shower, towel warmer rail, and hair dryer.

The floor above has two elegant bedrooms, each with wooden flooring, double bed (separates according to guest needs), 32” smart TV, armchair, and bathroom with oversize shower, WC, towel warmer rail, and hair dryer.

Each room has temperature control to guarantee maximum guest comfort.

Guests can enjoy a private garden with table and chairs (in summer), reserved outdoor parking space and garage (for 2 cars) with ski deposit, boot warmer, washing machine, and clothes line. The garage has direct access from an internal stairway.
