Chalet Elena is located at the gateway to Livigno, in a peaceful, sunny and exceptionally panoramic location, in an area known as Teola. It is an attractive chalet on the edge of a small larch wood bordered by a little stream, the ideal place for a unique dream holiday revolving around comfort and relaxation.
Its exceptional position offers stunning panoramic views but is just a short trip into the centre of Livigno.
The chalet has three apartments, two with three rooms and one with four.
A bus stop to Livigno is just 500 metres away. It is a user friendly and free-of-charge bus service.
The individual apartments all have their own heated ski storage, and access to a private outdoor parking space.

Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Please contact the booking office in case of late arrivals.
Check-out: by 10:00 AM on the departure day.
A €200.00 security deposit (for each apartment booked) is required. It will be refunded at check-out after verifying the accommodation’s condition, as per the regulations.
Tourist Tax:
The tourist tax must be paid in cash only; no other payment methods are accepted.
This is because the amount is collected on behalf of the Municipality and managed separately.

Bed linen and towels provided based on the number of booked guests.
Welcome Kit for each bathroom: 2 toilet paper rolls, 35ml bottles of shower gel, shampoo, body lotion and solid soap.
For the kitchen: 1 dishwasher tablet, 50ml dish detergent, a dual-sided sponge and a compostable dish cloth.
Final cleaning included. Guests must leave the accommodation in decent condition. Specifically:

Chalet Elena has two three-room, ground-floor apartments that are very similar to each other.
They are the ideal solution for a peaceful holiday with family and friends, in the midst of nature.
The apartments have underfloor heating and parquet flooring, an entrance hall, a large and airy living room, a 32” smart-TV, and a comfy double sofa bed, a large, fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom (no twin bed option) and plenty of wardrobe space, and one bedroom with a bunk bed. The bathroom has a window, large shower, bidet, WC, heated towel rail, and hairdryer.
The individual rooms are temperature controlled to guarantee maximum guest comfort.

The fully equipped kitchen is separate from the lounge, offering plenty of room.
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, all with windows and plenty of wardrobe space: one double room (no twin bed option), one with a bunk bed and one single. The large, airy bathroom offers a shower cubicle, bathtub, bidet, WC, heated towel rail and hairdryer.
