Guests can enjoy breathtaking views both day and night, when the lights in the town light up down below in the valley.
For cycling, walking and cross-country skiing lovers, the chalet is located close to the Livigno cycling/walking path, making it the ideal place to set out on your adventures exploring the area on gorgeous routes. Guests are completely immersed in the natural beauty of Livigno and it only takes a few minutes to walk to the centre of the town.
The Mottolino Ski Area is about 700 metres away, The bus service offering free, easy travel to the sights of Livigno can be caught at the stop just 100 metres from the building.

Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Please contact the booking office in case of late arrivals.
Check-out: by 10:00 AM on the departure day.
A €200.00 security deposit (for each apartment booked) is required. It will be refunded at check-out after verifying the accommodation’s condition, as per the regulations.
Tourist Tax:
The tourist tax must be paid in cash only; no other payment methods are accepted.
This is because the amount is collected on behalf of the Municipality and managed separately.

Welcome Kit for each bathroom: 2 toilet paper rolls, 35ml bottles of shower gel, shampoo, body lotion and solid soap.
For the kitchen: 1 dishwasher tablet, 50ml dish detergent, a dual-sided sponge and a compostable dish cloth.
