Modern two-room apartment located on the ground floor of a recently completed building. Located in Livigno’s pedestrian area, right by the city centre, this apartment is filled with sunlight.
The Dina apartment features all the amenities you need to enjoy an amazing holiday. The apartment is an excellent location for winter sports lovers, located right by the ski lifts, and close to the cross-country trail. And, in the summer, it is the perfect starting point for your strolls, hikes or mountain bike rides.
It also offers a ski room and a reserved outdoor parking space.

Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Please contact the booking office in case of late arrivals.
Check-out: by 10:00 AM on the departure day.
A €200.00 security deposit (for each apartment booked) is required. It will be refunded at check-out after verifying the accommodation’s condition, as per the regulations.
Tourist Tax:
The tourist tax must be paid in cash only; no other payment methods are accepted.
This is because the amount is collected on behalf of the Municipality and managed separately.
Included Amenities & Services (Initial Supply)
Bed linen and towels provided based on the number of booked guests.
Welcome Kit for each bathroom: 2 toilet paper rolls, 35ml bottles of shower gel, shampoo, body lotion and solid soap.
For the kitchen: 1 dishwasher tablet, 50ml dish detergent, a dual-sided sponge and a compostable dish cloth.
Final cleaning included. Guests must leave the accommodation in decent condition. Specifically:

Apartment located in the center of Livigno, practical, comfortable and very well equipped. The owners are really nice. It's the 12th time we've stayed here. Can't really complain.
The Dina apartment is located on the first floor of a recently-built construction, in a sunny and panoramic location in Livigno’s city centre, in the pedestrian area.
This charming apartment is furnished in a functional Alpine style, and decorated with a colour palette that makes the rooms pleasant and welcoming. It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, and is the ideal place to spend the perfect holiday with your family or friends.
Roomy and very bright, it features a large living room with fully-equipped kitchen, one double sofa bed (or 2 single beds, upon request), 32” smart TV, big balcony with lounger to enjoy the breath-taking views; comfortable double bedroom with desk, smart TV and balcony. The bathroom features a big shower, washing machine, toilet, hair-drier and towel warmer.
Guests can enjoy a ski room and outdoor parking space.
