Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Please contact the booking office in case of late arrivals.
Check-out: by 10:00 AM on the departure day.
A €200.00 security deposit (for each apartment booked) is required. It will be refunded at check-out after verifying the accommodation’s condition, as per the regulations.
Tourist Tax:
The tourist tax must be paid in cash only; no other payment methods are accepted.
This is because the amount is collected on behalf of the Municipality and managed separately.

Welcome Kit for each bathroom: 2 toilet paper rolls, 35ml bottles of shower gel, shampoo, body lotion and solid soap.
For the kitchen: 1 dishwasher tablet, 50ml dish detergent, a dual-sided sponge and a compostable dish cloth.
Final cleaning included. Guests must leave the accommodation in decent condition. Specifically:
I really liked the style of the mountain house, all in wood on two levels and with a breathtaking view from the balcony. Convenient bathroom and parking space in the garage under the house.
Apartment Emanuel is on the first floor of a very recently renovated building in the Teola area, near the Mottolino ski area and the Nordic ski trail as well as the cycle track that runs along the whole Livigno valley.
The apartment's position is panoramic and the views from its terrace and large windows range over the splendid Livigno valley.
It is furnished in typical mountain style, has an independent entrance and is on two levels. The first floor is made up of: a fully equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, dining area furnished with a wooden table and benches, a double sofa bed, a 34” TV, a fireplace (which cannot be used for safety reasons) and a wooden staircase to the upper floor with its wooden ceiling, exposed beams and carpet. It has one double bedroom and one twin (or further double) bedroom and a bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet, hairdryer and heated towel rail.
A garage car parking space is available to apartment guests.
