Welcome to Flo Apartment, a cozy and functional accommodation located on Via Florin, in a strategic position to enjoy the very best of Livigno in every season.

The apartment is just a short walk from the bus stop, providing convenient access to Livigno’s main attractions, from the ski lifts to the town center, without the need to use a car.

Nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts will find numerous hiking trails and mountain bike routes nearby, as well as the cycle path that runs through the entire valley, offering routes suitable for everyone.

Guests also have access to a bicycle storage room and a private outdoor parking space.

Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Please contact the booking office in case of late arrivals.

Check-out: by 10:00 AM on the departure day.

A €200.00 security deposit (for each apartment booked) is required. It will be refunded at check-out after verifying the accommodation’s condition, as per the regulations.

Tourist Tax:
The tourist tax must be paid in cash only; no other payment methods are accepted.
This is because the amount is collected on behalf of the Municipality and managed separately.

Bed linen and towels provided based on the number of booked guests.

Welcome Kit for each bathroom: 2 toilet paper rolls, 35ml bottles of shower gel, shampoo, body lotion and solid soap.

For the kitchen: 1 dishwasher tablet, 50ml dish detergent, a dual-sided sponge and a compostable dish cloth.

Final cleaning included. Guests must leave the accommodation in decent condition. Specifically:

The kitchen and cooking area must be clean and tidy.
Garbage must be disposed of in the designated municipal recycling areas before departure.

Description

The Flo Holiday Apartment is the ideal choice for a family vacation or a getaway with friends.

Located on the first floor and accessible via a short flight of stairs, the apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. It features a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave oven, kettle, and all necessary cookware and utensils. The living area includes a dining table with a traditional wooden bench and a TV. The two balconies offer stunning views of the mountains surrounding Livigno.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms: one with a French double bed and two with twin beds, which can be joined together to form double beds upon request.

The bathroom is fitted with a window, shower, bathtub, toilet, hairdryer, and washing machine.

Guests can also enjoy a bicycle storage room and a reserved outdoor parking space.
