Geppetto Apartments, named Strada and Fiume, are located on the second floor of a classic mountain chalet just steps from the lively center of Livigno and the renowned shopping street. They offer an ideal location for exploring local attractions—bars, restaurants and supermarkets are all just a short distance away, providing everything you need within easy reach.
In addition to ski storage, a dedicated outdoor parking space is available for guests.

TO KNOW
Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Please contact the booking office in case of late arrivals.
Check-out: by 10:00 AM on the departure day.
A €200.00 security deposit (for each apartment booked) is required. It will be refunded at check-out after verifying the accommodation’s condition, as per the regulations.
Tourist Tax:
The tourist tax must be paid in cash only; no other payment methods are accepted.
This is because the amount is collected on behalf of the Municipality and managed separately.

Bed linen and towels provided based on the number of booked guests.
Welcome Kit for each bathroom: 2 toilet paper rolls, 35ml bottles of shower gel, shampoo, body lotion and solid soap.
For the kitchen: 1 dishwasher tablet, 50ml dish detergent, a dual-sided sponge and a compostable dish cloth.
Final cleaning included. Guests must leave the accommodation in decent condition. Specifically:

The Fiume apartment is a cozy attic located on the second floor, with an exposed wooden ceiling.
Perfect for up to 4 guests, it includes a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for preparing meals. Separate from the kitchen, there’s a comfortable living area with a TV and a sofa that easily converts into a double bed if needed; a balcony overlooks the surrounding natural beauty with breathtaking views.
The bedroom has a double bed (separable on request).
The bathroom includes a shower, bidet, WC and hairdryer.
In addition to ski storage, guests can use a dedicated outdoor parking space.
The Strada apartment is an attic located on the second floor of a classic alpine chalet.
Featuring exposed wooden ceilings and classic mountain-style decor, it comfortably hosts up to 4 guests.
It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals independently, a dining table, and two cozy bedrooms. Each bedroom has two single beds that can be joined together and spacious wardrobes. One bedroom has a bright window, while the other opens onto a balcony with stunning mountain views.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bidet, WC and hairdryer.
Guests have access to ski storage and a dedicated outdoor parking space.
