The Mauro Apartments are located in a recently constructed building in the quiet, sunny Ostaria area of the town. They are the ideal solution for anyone wishing to enjoy some relaxation time in the mountains. Their privileged position makes them perfect for winter sports lovers, as they are extremely close to the Cassana and Valandrea ski lift facilities.
The building contains two brand new apartments: a 1-bedroom and a 2-bedroom, which have been fully renovated with attention to detail, offering a modern, practical design for anyone desiring accommodation inclusive of all comforts. It is the perfect place where you can relax and enjoy the wonders of the surrounding nature in any season.
As well as heated storage for skis/boots, the apartment also offers guests a reserved outdoor parking space.

Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Please contact the booking office in case of late arrivals.
Check-out: by 10:00 AM on the departure day.
Upon arrival, a €200.00 security deposit is required. It will be refunded at check-out after verifying the accommodation’s condition, as per the regulations.

Bed linen and towels provided based on the number of booked guests.
Welcome Kit for each bathroom: 2 toilet paper rolls, 35ml bottles of shower gel, shampoo, body lotion and solid soap.
For the kitchen: 1 dishwasher tablet, 50ml dish detergent, a dual-sided sponge and a compostable dish cloth.

The one-bedroom apartment, which has its own entrance, has been designed to sleep up to 4 people. It is on the ground floor, making it easily accessible. It is the perfect place to relax and feels like a home from home.

Each room in the apartment also has an individual thermostat meaning the temperature in each area can adjusted to suit the inhabitants, thus ensuring maximum comfort.
The kitchen is well equipped, with the latest home appliances, perfect for anyone who loves cooking or just wants to make coffee in the morning.
The living area includes a comfortable sofa bed, which can be used as a double bed if needed, and a smart TV.
The bedroom is a quiet, relaxing space, with a comfortable double bed (which can be separated into two singles on request from guests) including high-quality mattresses, open wardrobes and soft lighting. It is the ideal place for resting.
The bathroom is large, modern and well equipped with shower, bidet, toilet and hair dryer.
