Description of the structure
The Mottini Plaza apartments are located on the first and second floor of a building immediately outside Livigno's pedestrian area. Their optimal location makes it possible to quickly reach the main mountain attractions. The Cassana cableway with connection to the Costaccia and Carosello 3000 ski areas is only 100 meters away. The free shuttle stop to discover Livigno very easily and free of charge is located right in front of the building. A supermarket is in the immediate vicinity, and free outdoor parking is available 150 meters from the apartment.
The studio apartment and the three-room apartments are tastefully furnished in traditional mountain style. The design of the rooms is such to ensure functionality and comfort, perfect for a carefree stay with your family or friends.
Pets are allowed (for an additional charge).

Check-out: by 10:00 AM on the departure day.
A €200.00 security deposit (for each apartment booked) is required. It will be refunded at check-out after verifying the accommodation’s condition, as per the regulations.
Tourist Tax:
The tourist tax must be paid in cash only; no other payment methods are accepted.
This is because the amount is collected on behalf of the Municipality and managed separately.

Bed linen and towels provided based on the number of booked guests.
Welcome Kit for each bathroom: 2 toilet paper rolls, 35ml bottles of shower gel, shampoo, body lotion and solid soap.
For the kitchen: 1 dishwasher tablet, 50ml dish detergent, a dual-sided sponge and a compostable dish cloth.
Final cleaning included. Guests must leave the accommodation in decent condition. Specifically:

Intimate and welcoming studio apartment located on the second floor accessible via an internal staircase. It boasts an optimal position a few steps from the pedestrian street of Livigno and from the Cassana cable car with connections to the ski areas of Costaccia and Carosello 3000.
The apartment with a modern and functional design can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people.
The studio apartment, a pleasant and very well organized environment, is equipped with wooden floors and underfloor heating. The living area with kitchenette, dining table, double sofa bed and TV is separated by a half-height partition wall designed to guarantee privacy from the sleeping area, which houses the double bed and a functional wardrobe. The bathroom consists of a large shower cubicle and shower head, bidet, toilet, hairdryer and heated towel rail.
At the disposal of the guests of the apartment, in addition to a ski deposit, there is a reserved outdoor parking space.

Charming three-room apartment located on the first floor, accessible via an internal staircase. It boasts an excellent location, just outside Livigno's pedestrian area and the Cassana cableway, with connection to the Costaccia and Carosello 3000 ski areas.
The prevailing element that distinguishes the Lobia apartment is unprocessed pine wood, known for its fine fragrance and beneficial qualities. It is used as wall and ceiling cladding, for the furniture of one of the bedroom and for the stube.
The apartment is perfect for accommodating 6 guests. An extra bed gives the option to add a seventh person, and is an ideal solution for large families or a group of friends.
It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a characteristic stube with table and bench, a comfortable double sofa bed, smart TV and balcony overlooking Livigno's mountains; two double bedrooms (separable according to the needs of our guests) (plus a single bed in one of them) and a bathroom with shower box, bidet, toilet, washing machine and hair dryer.
In each room, you will breathe in the scent of the balsamic essences of the pine tree, which has a positive effect on your well-being and health.
An outdoor parking space 150 meters away from the apartment is available for the apartment guests, in addition to a ski storage room.
