Chalet Roby is a cozy vacation rental located in the Pemont area, just a short distance from the center of Livigno. It’s the perfect choice for active holiday enthusiasts, whether in winter or summer.
Just steps away, you’ll find access to the cycling and walking path, offering a wonderful opportunity to explore the natural beauty of Livigno.
TO KNOW
Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Please contact the booking office in case of late arrivals.
Check-out: by 10:00 AM on the departure day.
A €200.00 security deposit (for each apartment booked) is required. It will be refunded at check-out after verifying the accommodation’s condition, as per the regulations.
Tourist Tax:
The tourist tax must be paid in cash only; no other payment methods are accepted.
This is because the amount is collected on behalf of the Municipality and managed separately.
Included Amenities & Services (Initial Supply)
Bed linen and towels provided based on the number of booked guests.
Welcome Kit for each bathroom: 2 toilet paper rolls, 35ml bottles of shower gel, shampoo, body lotion and solid soap.
For the kitchen: 1 dishwasher tablet, 50ml dish detergent, a dual-sided sponge and a compostable dish cloth.
Final cleaning included. Guests must leave the accommodation in decent condition. Specifically:
The apartment is intimate and charming, with everything you need. It’s very close to the Livigno Dairy and the unpaved trail along the lake. We had a wonderful week!
The ground-floor one-bedroom apartment at Chalet Roby is perfect for accommodating 2 guests. A sofa bed in the living room gives the option to add a third person.
Simple yet welcoming, it is equipped with carpet, features a living area which includes a kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and kettle.
There’s also a comfortable sofa and a TV corner for relaxing moments. The bedroom features a double bed that can be separated if needed.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bidet, WC, hairdryer and towel warmer.
