Description of the structure

The Sima apartment is located within the Gembro condominium, in the Teola area, one of the most panoramic spots in Livigno.

It boasts a prime location: just 500 meters from the Mottolino ski lift, and only 100 meters away, you can easily access the cross-country ski track, making it the perfect solution for skiing and winter sports enthusiasts.

A supermarket is located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, as well as a bus stop, which allows you to explore Livigno and its attractions.

TO KNOW

Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Please contact the booking office in case of late arrivals.

Check-out: by 10:00 AM on the departure day.

A €200.00 security deposit (for each apartment booked) is required. It will be refunded at check-out after verifying the accommodation’s condition, as per the regulations.

Tourist Tax:
The tourist tax must be paid in cash only; no other payment methods are accepted.
This is because the amount is collected on behalf of the Municipality and managed separately.

Welcome Kit for each bathroom: 2 toilet paper rolls, 35ml bottles of shower gel, shampoo, body lotion and solid soap.

For the kitchen: 1 dishwasher tablet, 50ml dish detergent, a dual-sided sponge and a compostable dish cloth.

Final cleaning included. Guests must leave the accommodation in decent condition. Specifically:

The kitchen and cooking area must be clean and tidy.
Garbage must be disposed of in the designated municipal recycling areas before departure.

Description

The SIMA apartment is located on the second floor and has a private entrance.

It is furnished in a simple and functional style; sober and bright, it is ideal for comfortably accommodating up to 4 people. It consists of a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, and refrigerator; a living room with a dining area featuring a wooden table and bench, a sofa, a TV corner perfect for relaxing after a day spent outdoors, and a balcony overlooking the Livigno valley, offering a stunning panoramic view.

There are two bedrooms, both carpeted: the first with a double bed (not separable), and the second with two single beds, which can be joined according to our guests' needs.

The bathroom is complete with a bathtub, bidet, WC, and hairdryer.
