The Spondalunga Apartment, located in the Teola area, the most scenic part of Livigno, offers a stunning view of the Livigno valley.
It is on the third floor of the Spondalunga building and can be accessed via external stairways.
The property’s location is extremely convenient for accessing key services. A free bus stop is just 300 meters away, allowing guests to easily explore Livigno and its attractions. The Teola ski lift, part of the renowned Mottolino ski area and ideal for winter sports enthusiasts, is just 350 meters away. Additionally, a supermarket is within a short walking distance, making it easy for guests to stock up on essentials during their stay.

Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Please contact the booking office in case of late arrivals.
Check-out: by 10:00 AM on the departure day.
A €200.00 security deposit (for each apartment booked) is required. It will be refunded at check-out after verifying the accommodation’s condition, as per the regulations.
Tourist Tax:
The tourist tax must be paid in cash only; no other payment methods are accepted.
This is because the amount is collected on behalf of the Municipality and managed separately.
Included Amenities & Services (Initial Supply)
Bed linen and towels provided based on the number of booked guests.
Welcome Kit for each bathroom: 2 toilet paper rolls, 35ml bottles of shower gel, shampoo, body lotion and solid soap.
For the kitchen: 1 dishwasher tablet, 50ml dish detergent, a dual-sided sponge and a compostable dish cloth.
Final cleaning included. Guests must leave the accommodation in decent condition. Specifically:
Cozy and clean apartment. The kitchen offers everything you need, the dishwasher and fridge are brand new! Great value for money.

The Spondalunga Apartment is furnished in a simple and functional style.
Comfortable and bright, it is perfect for accommodating 4 guests. A sofa bed in the living room gives the option to add a fifth person. The living area includes a well-equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, microwave and electric kettle; a comfortable sofa bed and a TV corner, perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors.
Both bedrooms have a balcony overlooking the fir forest behind the building. The first bedroom has a double bed, while the second features two single beds.
The bathroom includes a bathtub, bidet, toilet, and hairdryer.
A reserved parking space in the garage is available for guests of the apartment.
